Alice carries out technical input, manages contracts and takes the role of Principal Designer. She has gained Conservation Accredited Engineer (CARE) status after working for almost 10 years on historic buildings. As a Project Engineer and Associate, she has taken the lead on projects such as stabilisation of Appleby Castle Keep, mine shafts, Rosedale kilns and conservation of bridges in the North York Moors and Yorkshire Dale. She also has a broad range of civil eningineering and structural design skills and can act as project managemer or Principal Desiginer.

Jack Cornforth
Jack is studying BEng Civil Engineering part time at Teeside University and works as an autoCAD technician and surveyor. Jack tends to lead on the monitoring of buildings using Movement Gauges to 0.1mm.

David Yates

David acts as a consultant to Structural & Civil Consultants, particularly in the field of bridge design and forensic investigation of bridges. He is a member of the ICE Climate Change force and of CEEQUAl.
David provides a wealth of experience associated with major projects in nuclear power, design on the Jubilee line, and extensively on various railways, bridge inspections assessments and strenghening. When working for TWC Ltd, David was deputy Chief Design Engineer on the £350m, Storebaelt West Bridge (Denmark) sea crossing for road and rail with 63 spans ocer 6.5 km.

Aji graduated in civil engineering and structural analysis from universities in southern India, and trained on site before moving to the UK.
Aji has been designing connections for a number of projects and has recently taken a lead role in the Farringdon Station development. She also has experience in offshore renewables and offshore oil and gas in the UK and Middle East.

Andrew specialises in the design of steel elements, connections and temporary works, working mostly for steel fabricators while at S&CCLtd. Projects have included largescale commercial and educational developments.
